Caney Creek Estates was established in the late 1950's to early 1960's.  Caney Creek Estates follow the shores of Caney Creek.  Most of the homes are on waterfront.  This area was devastated by Hurricane Carla in 1961.

Downey Caney Creek is located on several man made canals in 1965.  It is a fishing camp community.  A lot of the homes are located on the water front where you can have your own fishing pier and a place to park your boat.  There are homes and lots that are located off of the water.

Sargent Beach

Sargent Beach Community is located on Sargent Beach Island. There is only one road that runs though the community which means that the homes have a beautiful view of the beach, or they can watch the boats on the Intracoastal Waterway.
